Day of Inclusion - This is officially the Day of Inclusion in California, recognizing the repeal of the 19th-century Chinese Exclusion Act. For decades, that law made it difficult for Chinese and Chinese-descended people to live and work in California. Although the Chinese Exclusion Act was repealed a long time ago - in 1943 - the Day of Inclusion is new.

Tattooed Torah - A so-called "Tattooed Torah," preserved from the Holocaust, is now on display at a Jewish Day School in Sacramento. The Torah's permanent loan was organized by Shalom School's founders, Dr. Marvin and LInda Kamras. We'll talk with them about the Torah and hear about the history of the school.

'Kings and Thieves' - Americana musician Richard March and Tyler Ragle have their own musical careers but they've also played together as a duo since 2002. They have a new CD of five songs called "Kings and Thieves." There's a CD release party this Saturday night, but first they're in our studio with their guitars.

Sound Advice: Off Air - It's Thursday and time for our weekly music feature Sound Advice. Today, we'll listen to some of the best indie rock, pop and hip hop of 2009 with Nick Brunner, host of Capital Public Radio's online music show Off Air.
